Second, in the core, module, Pack design and process settings, to do a good job of safety redundancy and monitoring and early warning.
In the design part, the first is the core to ensure chemical stability, to choose a stable material and test its stability through rigorous evaluation; in the module part, to protect the core from impact through the structure. The third stage is pack. In addition to physical protection measures, the key is to perform fault diagnosis on the core module through BMS, monitor abnormal occurrence and predict possible problems so as to control the problem.
Third, the testing and verification before mass production should be done well and fully verified.
