This is a battery pack composed of 14500 batteries, which is a lithium battery with a diameter of 14mm and a height of 50mm. According to the material of the battery, it is divided into lithium iron phosphate batteries and lithium cobalt oxide batteries. The voltage of the lithium cobalt oxide battery is 3.7V, and the voltage of the lithium iron phosphate battery is 3.2V. The voltage can be adjusted to 3.0V through the lithium battery voltage regulator. Because its size is the same as the AA 5# battery, 1 14500 lithium battery and 1 occupant barrel can be used instead of 2 AA batteries. Compared with nickel-hydrogen rechargeable batteries, lithium batteries have the advantages of light weight, less self-discharge, and superior discharge performance. Therefore, they are widely used by photographers in digital cameras and electronic cigarettes to replace nickel-hydrogen rechargeable batteries.
If the size is more demanding, 14500 is a better choice than 18650.
